What if I told you that new year’s resolutions alone don’t just work π³ (brace yourself)
In fact, according to studies done at the University of Scranton in Pennsylvania, only 8% of folks who set new year’s resolutions made them happen. In other words, a whopping 92% of folks don’t hit their new year resolutions. π²
This begs the real question: do new year’s resolutions actually work ? π€ How effective are they in bringing about change? π€·ββοΈπ€·ββοΈ
OK so, tbh for some time in my life, I had depended a lot of the new year’s resolutions thing and did it work? (Let’s just say I was usually frustrated at the year end whenever I looked at my resolutions from year beginning π)
After I switched things around with certain practices, I now see why new year’s resolutions just don’t work.
So, in this video I share some practices that I use instead of the infamous new year’s resolutions in getting the changes I want in my life. π (been very helpful)
The good thing is that we don’t have to wait till the dawn of a new year to start working on changing our lives. We can choose to do that any day, any time and what better day to start than TODAY π – the time is NOW!! π
