About

Whatever the mind can conceive and believe, it can achieve. ~~ Napoleon Hill

Franklin's about pic

One of the top things that I am mostly proud about isn’t my accomplishments at school or in the workplace, not the 3 Amazon bestselling books I’ve been privileged to write, not the things that I possess…

For me it’s the courage to own and step into my unique identity. It’s a journey which I am very happy and excited about so far. I know what it’s like to feel insecure and be marred with low self-esteem and lot of self-doubt. I had tried so hard to define my identity based on the world’s standards, which was almost unsustainable and unattainable to me, instead of that of the Creator, which fits me best.

There’s nothing as liberating and satisfying as being authentically, uniquely and unapologetically yourself. Thankful, I have had the taste of that experience and my current mission is helping other to experience the same. I believe that’s how we can truly become the best versions of ourselves i.e. becoming our own original as opposed to trying to become a copy of someone else.

“if you decide to be a copy of someone else, who’s going to become the original that you were created to be? No one! And then your life would be gone with no trace in the sand of time, because you were only a shadow of some superstar – meanwhile you were also a superstar, but never gave your light permission to shine.” ~ Franklin H. Ezenwa

Hello, my name is Franklin H. Ezenwa. I am a Life coach, Speaker and IT professional. My passion for helping people with achieving their goals and being their best self has been the driving force behind the work I do.

The books I’ve written so far were born out of problems I had faced and overcame at some point in my life and then I decided to help others who are dealing with the same problems. Here they are:

 1.  The identity Manual : (my latest one; book to help people step into their unique identity and become their best version)

 2. Crack The Dream Job Code: (book to help new immigrants to Canada land their dream job)

 3. Be a high achiever: (book to help college/university students achieve all-round success)

“Success without fulfillment is the ultimate failure.” ~ Tony Robbins

In terms of my life coaching business, I work with professionals to help them increase their income so they can get their time back while leading a life of purpose and fulfillment. The fulfillment part is huge for me. That’s because as one of my role models, Tony Robbins, once said, “success without fulfillment is the ultimate failure.” I couldn’t agree less with that because I know how that feel personally, doing lots of activities but not experiencing happiness and fulfillment. You can learn more about my coaching program by visiting this page.

As a personal/professional development enthusiast, I’ve spoken on a range of topics in those areas e.g. maintaining a balanced life, goal setting, how to prepare yourself for a dream job, tips on writing attention-catching resume and cover letter. My faith is a big part of my personal development and so I’ve also given on a couple faith-based talks as well. If you’ll like to have me speak at your event, you may send me a message for consideration.

My hope for you is that you get to discover, develop and unleash your potential so you can share your gifts, talents and awesomeness with the world. Truly, you’ve got something special to give to the world.

Looking forward to being of service to you and adding value to your life 🙂

Superb!

I was in the midst of writing my personal letter for grad school and your speech helped focus what I was searching to say. Thanks!

Amazing presentation

I really enjoyed your presentation! I know you mentioned you used to have a fear of public speaking, but if you hadn’t told us that I would’ve never known that was once a fear of yours. That’s how well spoken and inspiring you were, thank you for an amazing presentation!
