This would obviously vary per individual and based on a number of factors. Although various Sleep Institutes have their own recommendations based on age.
That said, I feel that the importance of sleep these days isn’t emphasized enough especially considering the benefits that it has to our health. π

A huge part of maintaining good health involves having quality and sufficient sleep. I remember someone once said that if we sacrifice our health to pursue wealth we may one day be forced to sacrifice our wealth to pursue good health π
That was a big wake up call for me and part of the reasons I decided to prioritize sleep this year (that’s actually one of the habits I am working to reinforce this year π )
