It’s not new to you and I. Everyone experiences it in some form but not everyone copes with/manages it well and this can lead to health issues.
Studies from the American Institute of Stress show that about 77% of people experience stress that affects the physical health. And 73% experience stress that affects mental health. ☹️
Apart from that, a significant number of people who feel stressed out get depressed, suffer from anxiety attacks and some even entertain suicidal thoughts 😥
These reports can be stressful already…

But they don’t have to be if we practice effective de-stressing techniques to help with reducing/coping with stress. I share a number of them in this video 👌 (some are a bit weird but are scientifically proven 💯)
Although we may not be able to fully eliminate stress from our lives at 100%, with the right de-stressing techniques we can learn to manage it as we pursue a healthy, joyful and fulfilling life 😀
