being more courageous

“Each time we attempt to take uncomfortable, scary actions in spite of our fears, we strengthen the Courage muscle.”

If you lift weights or do some other strength exercises 💪, you know that it’s the application of resistance on the muscles that causes them to grow and get bigger 💪💪. In others words, no resistance = no muscle growth.

I believe the same thing applies with the Courage muscle. Each time we attempt to take uncomfortable, scary 😨 actions in spite of our fears, we strengthen the Courage muscle. 💯

It’s doing this regularly that makes us more courageous and more fear-less . Not that we won’t feel fear anymore but rather we would feel the fear but do that things afraid.

Fear stops paralyzing us and holding us back like it did before. 😤 It doesn’t happen by chance but my practice.

So if you’re down for a challenge…how about doing something comfortable for the next couple of days (you pick) … and see what that does to your Courage muscle 😊
