A key to happiness/joy

Even if we’re not where we want to be and don’t yet have what we want i believe we can always find reasons to be grateful for where we are

Quick questions… which of the following do you focus more on:
– the things you have OR the things you don’t yet have?
– your strengths OR your weaknesses?
– what/who you have in your life OR what/who left ?

Sadly at some point in my life I focused a lot on the Loss, Less, Never I.e. what I didn’t have, my weaknesses, etc… That kicked in this scarcity mindset which only led to lots of misery and sadness 😪

As I became more aware of how negative this was impacting me (which i was fed up with 😑) , I decided to focus more on the positive. I’ve learnt to focus more on and to appreciate what I have, where i am and my strengths because there lies a key to happiness/joy. 😊

What we appreciate, appreciate 👌. Even if we’re not where we want to be and don’t yet have what we want i believe we can always find reasons to be grateful for where we are… that’s what brings happiness 😊

And so as we enter this new week, how can you begin to focus more on and to appreciate what you have in your life? 🙂 (There’s happiness in that. )
