Of course, it would feel greeeaat!! πŸ˜€ I know how that feels.

And I also know how it feels to lack confidence as someone who had struggled with lots of self doubt stemming from limiting beliefs that held me down (still a work in progress). πŸ™‚ But I thank God there’s been a HUGE change in my story in this aspect. It’s really been an interesting journey.

After getting fed up with the lack of confidence and the havoc it wreaked on me, I set out to learn about techniques I could apply to combat it. And I must say that I’m very happy about the results I’ve got so far.

In this video, I share some of those practices that I’ve learnt and continue to apply to help boost my confidence level (especially when needed which is kinda always😁 ).

1. Remind yourself of your strengths & accomplishments (this doesn’t have to be grandiose even something as little as maintaining list of completed tasks for each day count )

2. Practice positive selftalk (what you say to yourself is stronger than anything else anyone says to you)

3. Apply creative visualization (mental rehearsals)

4. Hang out more with confident people (confidence is contagious like the flu)

5. Strive to be more competent at what you do.

And definitely pray about it πŸ™ .

Good news is that you’ve got what it takes to attain the level of confidence that you require. You just need to tap into it. And I hope that the tips I’ve shared here are helpful.
