Do you have limiting beliefs? 🤔 Those thought patterns that are there to keep you stuck and deter you from making progress towards achieving your goals?

The same ones that say that:
– you’re not good enough… or
– you don’t have what it takes to make that thing happen…etc. ☚ī¸

As we aspire for higher levels of greatness, there’re going to be barriers of limiting beliefs we need to break through to get to that next level in our lives. đŸ’¯

I have limiting beliefs that I deal with and thankfully I have had to clear a number of them in the past (phew !! 😅). There’re a number of the techniques that have been very helpful in getting rid of those limiting beliefs. The one I share in the video comes in 3 steps (I learnt this framework from a coach) :
1. Catch it (acknowledge it)
2. Cancel it (reject it; if we give excuses for our limitations they’ll continue to hold us back)
3. Reframe it ( reword the limiting belief to make it sound positive and empowering instead)

Until we confront and tackle those limiting beliefs , they’ll continue to gain control over us and keep us stagnant… but not any more especially with this technique ✋ī¸
